Luxury French jewellery brand Van Cleef & Arpels is set to open its first boutique in Selfridges London on 18 July. Situated in the Wonder Room on the ground floor, visitors can view the the Alhambra clover (pictured here) in a variety of sizes and semi-precious stones as well as the Perlée collection created from minute beads of both white and pink gold. The Zip necklace, worn open as a necklace or zipped up into a bracelet will also be on show. Along with jewellery, their range of watches and timepieces will also be on display. To celebrate this new partnership with Selfridges, Van Cleef & Arpels have created a new Magic Alhambra set, comprising a long sautoir and 3 motif earrings in rich yellow gold and deep green malachite, the colour combination inspired by the Vintage Alhambra necklace offered by Prince Rainier to Princess Grace of Monaco in the 1970s. The pieces will be available in Selfridges as a worldwide exclusive for a short period of time only.
